this studio consists of 1 thesis project, where we look at disaster and learn about what else the disaster reveals other than what it is.
the disaster I and my partner chose is the financial crisis 2007, which focuses on Spain.
this is a research-intensive studio with no endpoint throughout the semester. Research and diagram collected are archived in a website:

spanish historic sketch(finance circulation, civilization)
economic crisis diagram (understanding what is financial crisis, real estate market, and who are involve)

crisis aftermath (ghost town all around Spain, marked is the few we looked into detail on how the process happens, what causes it)
crisis representation (representing ghost towns in Spain)
crisis findings (financial crisis can be seen as intentional of creating voids in market price by inflating and deflating in a short amount of time)
crisis findings, ADDITION (methodology of Addition, came from the need to finish, tendency to complete abandoned development plan in Spain)
crisis findings, DELETION (methodology of Deletion, came from the intentional inflating the market price knowing it will drop back down, the crisis.)
combination use of the two methodologies (with my partner, we delete element of building, switch the file, and add in things we think should be added)
site choosing (Golden Sun Beach & Golf Resort, Pulpi, Almeria, Spain)(we decided to choose a site, which is a ghost town from the crisis, with the thought of using these methods, create awareness to them)
